FACILITIES
Rock Chalk Park at the University of Kansas is one of the premier collegiate track and field facilities in the United States. Opened in 2014, it features a world-class nine-lane track and approximately 90,000 square feet of locker rooms, offices, and training facilities beneath the east stands.
The venue has hosted major national events, including the 2016 NCAA West Preliminary and the 2017 USA Track & Field Junior Championships. Although it was scheduled to host the NCAA West Preliminary again in 2020, the event was cancelled due to COVID-19. Rock Chalk Park also regularly hosts University of Kansas track and field meets, including the Kansas Relays.
